Product Overview
CS-T18 alcohol free dampening liquid is specially developed for Off-set Alcohol Machine based on certain scientific theory. With it, no alcohol or isopropyl alcohol is required. 1L of the product may take place of 10－20L alcohol and 3L other traditional dampening liquid. It can improve the printing security environment (beneficial to storage and application) and it is good for the performance of ISO14001 and ISO18001. The dampening performance of CS-T18 is more stable than traditional alcohol dampening liquid. CS-T18 series dampening liquid has passed CCEL, SGS certificate. Prior to use, please refer to the Operating Introduction Book.
Scope of Application:
CS-T18 alcohol free dampening liquid mainly is applied to various alcohol printing machines and planographic printing machines, and it is also applied to PS version or CTP version.
Matching Procedure:
The dilution degree of CS-T18 Dampening Liquid free alcohol (GB5749 water) is 0.8%-2.0%.
Product Characteristics:
1. Dampening speed is fast, suitable for high speed printing machine for green printing.
2. Because of the thin water film, the ink’s transfer and brightness are guaranteed.
3. With strong adaptability to various inks, it can speed up the dryness of ink and the shaping of presswork, and it also can prevent stickiness.
4. Dampening liquid contains water-reserving element, which can protect the printing plate at stop-press.
5. Contain bacteriostatic agent preventing bacteria breeding in water skip.
6. Contain special additive to protect the parts of the machine from erosion and reduce or remove the accumulation on rubber sheet.
7.Adjust the key parameter of water to more favorable scope and reduce the requirement of water by dampening liquid.
8. 100% VOC FREE, not easy to volatize. At printing, the CD value is stable and reliable and the printing quality is stable.

For the first time in the use of the dampening liquid of T18 need to clean the water supply system, Then add the mixture of CS-T18 and water (the proportion of the fs and water shall be 1:50) withal you need to adjust the water roller against the plate or increase 20-30% Water Supply !Then the other operate is in the same of general dampening liquid.
